Thank you for shopping with Penny Love! Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

🔁 All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all opened trading cards and unsealed toys are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Opened booster packs, boxes, or single trading cards

• Toys or collectibles removed from original packaging

• Items received from live box breaks

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or pulling unwanted cards.

✅ Returns on Unopened Items

We may accept returns on unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Item must be in original, unopened packaging

• Return must be authorized by contacting us first at pennylove.opc@gmail.com

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• A restocking fee may apply

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method if eligible.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pennylove.opc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.
