How do live box breaks work?
You purchase a slot, and we open your packs live on TikTok (@pennylove.opc). All the cards from your slot are shipped to you after the stream!
When do you stream live breaks?
Our stream schedule may vary, so the best way to stay updated is to check our TikTok profile: @pennylove.opc. We post upcoming break times and updates there!
Can I return opened cards or toys?
No. Due to the collectible nature of these items, all opened or unsealed products are final sale and non-refundable.
Can I return unopened items?
Yes! Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email us at pennylove.opc@gmail.com for return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
My order arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please email us at pennylove.opc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll make it right!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries. Shipping costs and times vary. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Will I receive all cards from my live break packs?
Yes! You’ll receive all the cards from the packs in your slot, carefully packed and shipped to you after the stream.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If your orders haven’t shipped yet, email us at pennylove.opc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to combine them!
